Tiffany helps small business leaders reignite their passion for what they do, why they do it, and who they serve to find clarity and grow their dream business.
Tiffany Atkinson is the founder, brand strategist, and marketing strategist behind Tagd Studio. Driven by the belief that every business has the potential to grow once they’ve tapped into their purpose, she views her work as a way to help her clients reignite their passion for what they do, why they do it, and who they serve. Tiffany encourages her clients to look beyond the visual needs of their brand by educating them on the importance of message development and walking them through addressing their underlying messaging issues.
Tiffany first discovered her love for branding and marketing when she was given the opportunity to experiment with graphic design while serving as a paralegal in the US Army. While working on a court martial she was asked to redesign a closing arguments presentation for a military attorney. The attorney loved the final result and began tasking Tiffany with creating her closing arguments presentations. Word soon spread around base and Tiffany found herself creating presentations, redesigning resumes, and creating logos in her spare time. Upon completing her term of service, Tiffany decided to explore a career in her new-found hobby by enrolling in The Art Institute of Indianapolis, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Graphic and Web Design. It was in college that Tiffany’s knowledge of graphic design expanded to include its role in branding and marketing.
In 2017, after being laid off from her corporate job, Tiffany decided to take a leap of faith and start her own business by founding Tagd Studio. An avid problem solver, her vision was simple – she wanted to bridge the knowledge gap between small businesses and graphic designers by teaching entrepreneurs the importance of branding. Almost three years later that vision has expanded to include marketing strategy and consulting, but Tiffany’s passion for bridging the gap is still the same.
When she is not busy working on new projects, Tiffany divides her time between managing her youth focused nonprofit, serving as a volunteer marketing consultant for several nonprofit organizations and higher-educational institutions, cuddling her kitten Cam, and adventuring around Indy with her husband Zane.
